It has a lot of support.
More subscribers = more people who might have the same issue as you

Subscribing to a YouTube channel for free and paying a monthly fee for Xbox Live are completely different.

i got stuck on it for months because it wouldnt let me stop it manually till i tried their offer of a cheaper 3 months, then it let me stop the renewing

I just wish Xbox would add a Platinum so they can stop bullstuffting with the "Oh we added espn and twitter and other stuff you don't use! so pay more now!" I've never used any of it but now that its out they increased the price of live by %20. I don't even do yearly anymore. I just buy a month card whenever I decide to play.
