Sound packs

I Really need help here.
I want to make a sound pack, but i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong.
And don't say "look at another sound pack" cause i loving did and it didn't really help with the .cs thing.
Yes i have the description.txt, yes i have the namecheck.txt, yes i have the server.cs (<-- this is what i need help on), and yes i have the sounds.

Wait, sound pack or music pack? If it's music, I might be able to help you. (And I'm not sure if it really even matters whether it's a sound or music pack)

sound files, like .wav and stuff

You 'have' the server.cs?
What you mean?
You can't just copy one from another soundpack?
