Having a problem for skyrim on PC

I tried restarting the game, and Wound I did search around but Im not very good with googling obscure things like this. I will try that though
Edit: I tried it but there is no compatibility in the properties menu. also I couldn't find anything relating to Display settings either

If it doesn't work
[*]Try to run your TESV.exe --> Run this program as administrator.
And
[*]Are you running on a MAC?
[*]Are you In windowed mode?

I had originally run it in windowed mode. But I switched and still got the same results. and No im not running on a mac. Ill try running as an administrator now
Edit: still didnt work. My main mouse still appears

Are you experiencing lag/LowFPS?

nope not a bit. My computer runs it on ultra with 60 FPS
