Yes and no. It was intended to be a proper race track that wasn't:
A) lole cubes (most races I've seen)
B) lole pandan's raceway
I would have used WipEout craft if someone had made them, but speedkarts were ok.

I can't have admins.
I can't host a loving server because of my loving ISP which I'm thouroughly pissed at.
They made me waste a whole year's worth of XBL and screwed my plans for hosting servers.
