Can't start a server

Hi.  I'm new to the forums, so don't hate.

I'm trying to start my own server, but when it's halfway done loading, it gives me this message:



When I hit OK, it takes me out of blockland.


I turned read-only off, and that didn't work either..

Can anyone help? :S
