Spore not starting on friends HP dv6.

He got spore on steam today and when we start the game it shows a black screen and the pointer has the loading symbol by it but then it closes and a message box pops up saying "Spore not responding" or something like that lol.
Here are his laptops specifications:
Processor: AMD A6-3400M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics (4 CPUs), ~1.4GHz
Graphics Card: Integrated, AMD Radeon(TM) HD 6520G
OS: Windows 7 home premium

Any idea how to fix this?

my laptop plays spore smoothly, yet it lags abit on blockland, maybe it was installed incorrectly?

He doesn't meet the requirements I don't believe.

I would say it's probably the game not being able to recognize the "GPU" considering it's one of those new AMD APUs.

Is the version of Windows 32-bit or 64-bit?
