You know, after reading every page of this thread, I've lost all sympathy for Alyx and now you're just an idiot.

You claim your family is poor. This means your family is in need of financial assistance.
Your family now qualifies for something called Medicaid. Medicaid is super-cheap health care provided to people who are in need of financial assistance.

If your grandmother is over 65, she qualifies for Medicare. Cheap health care for citizens over 65 years old.

This stuff would totally help but you'd have to apply for it quickly, because as it stands with our government, they're getting rid of it soon. Very soon.

Your best options right now since applying for Medicaid will take quite a bit of tiime:
 - Stop whining and drink lots of water throughout the day, rest frequently, get a good nights sleep
 - Go to a pharmacy and buy some cheap over-the-counter medication for this
 - Do both 1 and 2
