Lots of problems for people connecting to my server

Actually, I can't do that because I use it when hosting Minecraft. Are you sure that hamachi could be the problem? People are still able to connect to my server sometimes, and sometimes they aren't.

Well, deleting it did work for me, so..

I tried uninstalling it but there isnt an uninstall feature. I also tried deleting it from my program files but it keeps saying the program is in use when it's not. What do I do?

your external ip and the port you're hosting your server on.

this website will tell you your ip.

boot Windows in safe mode and delete the program's archives.
JPSC:
NOEDIT: ipconfig doesn't show your external ip.
the ip displayed in ipconfig is only accessible in a local network. just saying.
