We do need this back. One is the Add-ons... No way for users to announce add-on updates, etc.
Another example, look at the Face, Decals, Prints forum... That SpikeyPete kid needs the edit button the most... Keep all his face decals in one thread, not 12+ thread, hijacking the whole forums first page...
