The fallout goty cant run on hardly anything

It's a bit of an intensive game. Hell, all Bethesda games can be considered to be intensive. They're open world games, of course it's going to be intensive at least a bit.

What do you mean? That having the DVD copy or the Steam copy would affect performance? Absolutely not.
