Just risked my hard drive to some partitioning software.
Now D: is 100GB smaller, and C: is 100GB larger. Now I can download absolutely everything in my library :P

A lot of people have that issue with steam.
Sadly where else can I go?
Gog.com is cool, but they dont have the biggest selection.
