Not to be an ass, just came here with the same thought. But if someone would be willing to gift me Saints Row: The Third - The Full Package, I can give the game itself from that back to them for them to give away whenever they want. Still cheaper than usual. The Full Package is $12.49, whereas downloading all the DLC separately is $20.55. So you can see how that works out.
Edit: You know what? My Jewish blood about deals got the better of me. As much as I'd love to have all the DLC at the ready for cheaps, I don't need it THAT badly. Give to Muzzles.

Well, L4D2 was double 50% off. I say double instead of 75% because it was literally 50% off to $10 and then it was marked 50% off down to $5.
