Nah, they're both Standalone games. You buy GTA IV, you get GTA IV. You buy GTA Episodes from Liberty City, you get GTA Episodes from Liberty City.

I hope the coming indie bundles are good and I don't have a ton of the games in it. I got this one even though I had some of the games.
