You should get some experience first, how many times have you hosted a server.

If you can find a decent clan to join then gain admin through them, it's a decent way to get some experience.

Get a bit of experience before trying to apply to become an administrator.

Can I apply to be Honarary Super Admin? I don't know how much time I can actually devote to this but when I'm on I will grace the server with my presence. Lol

Start with applying for administrator, and come to the server at least once.
From there we can see about if you will become a super administrator.
