Nobody can Join my server!

I desided to host today and a friend msg me saying''It wont allow me to join''So i tried almost eveything restarting comp And clearing spaceIn nothing happend I tried portforwarding but i dont have the money so Guys please help me out.

what.

the only parts of port forwarding that may require money are
a) internet service
b) a router

i'm guessing you have both already?

I suggest you visit this site http://portforward.com/

You should not need to pay to port forward unless your ISP is blocking port 80 and you were trying to host on that.
