Look, a lot of people said a lot of meaningful things, and A LOT of hurtful things in this surprisingly emotional roller coaster of a thread. It seems now the ones who did utter those horrible things have realized the possible repercussions of their unacceptable actions, and are feeling genuinely apologetic. Instead of "giving them a taste of their own medicine", accept their apology. There has been enough hate in this topic already, let's try and stop it from overcoming ourselves.
Though we can't physically help the innocent child, we can hope, and for those with religious backgrounds pray, that this boy did not harm himself fatally.
