It would actually be harder to hang themselves, since hanging that doesn't involve a several-foot drop (also known as: the ones that every Self Delete victim would use) compresses the arteries in your neck as well as a nerve. Being lighter than an adult, it would be harder for them to get the compression required to start killing themselves.
I'm pretty sure, that is, unless I botched something obvious about weight/compression ratios...

So:
- You laugh at the fact he's committing Self Delete
- You hold your nose high when he's banned
- You're happy he's dead
- You're dismissing guilt completely
