Movie Voice-Overs (Need Help)

Me: Like, recording your voice for a movie.
Friend: Oh, no i cant do that.

Anyways, does anyone know how to do voiceovers? theres no point in pointing out the faults in other peoples post if your not going to stay on topic. :/

Well you just need a good microphone, and audacity.
That's pretty much it.
