I am stating that kids who bully kids is where the education system can step in and break them apart and tell them right from wrong at an age that is teachable.  When they're picking on someone that age such as 68 years old then their stuff needs to be slapped.

Atleast the kid has a small chance to even defend themselves, she couldn't do that because they were minors.

That is why I deal with stuff myself. (by the way they told on me for "bulllying" whenever I was just defending myself)

Because she tells the person in charge doesn't mean they aren't dumb kids who can't get off scott free.
