Spore Lighting quality / Texture quality problem. Help needed.

Please help I have been looking at stuff for a while trying to fix this problem.

Spore is an old game with a decent engine, i played it before and mine glitched it self to not run anymore.
So there's always gonna be problems with textures/lighting and stuff like that
