Well, Treynolds contacted me and said he could do it so I already asked him, but I'll repeat the specifications I gave him:

Treynolds416: Something like this sometimes works better with a GUI, but two here are 2 problems with that

Treynolds416: Anyway, the first problem is that every client joining your server has to download the GUI on their own to use it properly

Treynolds416: The second problem would be that I have very little experience with GUIs
Treynolds416: So chat commands are decent enough, but the comments won't be that organized
Treynolds416: And because of torque's dumbness the comments can only be about 15 words long, unless people use underscores
Wedge: just something like show the comment, then say (comment x of y, z new), type !next or !last to see more

If you or anybody else wants to work on this, you should contact him. It would be wasteful to have 5 people working on their own separate versions of the same thing without talking to each other, plus it helps me if I only have one mod to pick from.

Next server restart will add Extra Ramps, Wedge Bricks, Round Corners, Random Brick Pack, Inverted Corners, and Grill Plate bricks. We're also considering developing our own brick pack.
I've also added about 30 different slate maps but that's not important. I'm not currently planning on adding any lights or particles at the moment.
The server theme will also include a small number of appropriate add-ons. Probably a vehicle and a few weapons.

If you were to add the One Random Brickpack, I'd remove the long ramps from it. They act like steps instead of ramps, but most don't seem to realise that.
