It's been reported dozens of times and I know this because I can view RTB file reports. I don't think the author is particularly active anymore. Someone else is going to have to take it over.

I think siba fixed up some of it. Give it a look.

Ephi has said before that he can't, that only Randy knows how to fix it, and Randy isn't active anymore.

I wouldn't expect Ephi to do it. He pretty much summed it up here:
