I'll think about VCE and look into it some more. I realize there's a lot of very popular mods and if I add what everyone wants, we're going to have a bloated server.
And yeah, we have a really all-star moderation team here. My goal by the end of September is to have 30 moderators. By January I hope to have enough moderators that there will almost always be someone in the server. Right now I'm scouring my email contacts, friends lists, and the people I know off the forums and have talked to for years. After I exhaust that I'll start looking for people in the server to make moderators and start training to be admins.

If you plan on putting VCE on the server, you might want to lower the per-player schedule limit so that people can't spam loops of annoying sound clips or spam explosions. Additionally, you don't want to include the zone events addon with VCE because it's been a source of abuse on freebuild servers. Obviously this won't be a problem when you have enough moderators to keep at least one on the server at all times.
