Badspot's Guard?

I was just jetting around in Badspot's server when I suddenly get a message from "Badspot's Guard"
saying these three lines:
"Hey Stan Stanminson you're banned for life in 1 2 3 boom of shoodaw"
"Yes that was a warning...Please reply to me survive"
"What are you doing?"
Was this inputted by Badspot or was it someone else?

The only way of using events to input into chat is through VCE. However, having been around the forums and witnessing Badspot's wonderful personality.
I highly doubt it was him. He's not one to make pointless statements.

I used to confuse people by making bricks talk to them a certain amount of time after they stepped on them
