Blockland master server lagging?

All the servers are having 500+ ping, other games have blazing fast loading speed, it's just Blockland, I tested my Internet speed, it's currently
78 Ping.

The master server's status doesn't affect the ping of Blockland servers.

this does not make sense. an internet connection simply does not "have a ping"
thats not how it works.
