Does anyone know why Steam keeps saying theres an error with my transaction when Im sure theres enough in my steam wallet? When I try to buy a gift for someone it shows that message D:

my friend had a same problem once...i think you can buy a specific amount of gifts per day if you never did buy a gift....idk
