• Add a way to change race, even if it involves resetting your profile
• The server's latency is ridiculous
• "You have  XP."; stats should be shown consistently, levelling should be automatic
• Skyrim is a horrible role model

No, but the bar rises a lot as soon as you start asking for donations.

1. I could, but it's really not worth it and I'm going to improve the spawn rooms a lot

I guess. Not forcing anybody to do anything though, non-donating players can get benefits similar to a donating player from just playing for a long time.
