LOL, I expected Kal would get in on this.
K9, I don't allow cursing on my servers either, but permabanning someone for a minor infraction is harsh. It should be a warning the first time, a kick the second, 10 minute ban the third and then a 1 to 6 hour ban for the fourth, at least that's how I do it. If the person still breaks the rule after that, then a long (three days or more) or perma ban should be considered.
