OK, I've decided to go ahead and update it now. It's gonna be down until I finish (should only take a few hours tops). What I'm going to change: Trees will be recolored to a darker color (I will have to do this manually, ugh). The courtyard will no longer have secret entries into it, and instead, there will be another capture point outside the castle which will allow entry if the enemy captures it. Like the courtyard capture point, this will be able to be recaptured. No damaging doors or walls will be implemented, as I don't want it to be any regular weapons, and cannot find any siege weapons for addons. I will also be fixing an error I noticed, which although is a rare occurrence, can be rather bad if it happens. This error happens only if the main doors to the castle are opened JUST as the enemy captures the courtyard. I will be simply modifying the events to prevent this from happening. So, when it's back up, it should be more enjoyable, and more balanced, so that the attackers have to actually work, while the defenders still have time to prevent the castle from being lost, pending a capture point is taken. |
