If anything that's a disregard of a person's freedom of speech. Nobody here is blatantly flaming, we're all telling you about our honest-to-jesusforget opinions on the way you are handling your server. We wouldn't press the manner if it wasn't something so worrying. Mature people don't disregard criticism they disagree with. They instead try to either: a) explain their side of the manner and make the opposing party empathise with the current situation b) Inform the critics of misconceptions/blatant fallacies in their argument.
