I'm talking about a server where we all work toegether on something, not where each make his own thing in the same area.

Kind of hard to do since there's not many good builders around. I've tried this before, i always have to clear people's bricks since usually they are horrible.

Hmm, how about you had to prove yourself a bit before being allowed in? You'd also need a little bit of eventing experience, more if you want to event srs stuff.
