Y u guys no start a community build?

Doesn't that defeat the purpose of a FREEbuild?

Well he never said anything about a freebuild, just a community build.
There's nothing stopping you from hopping on a server and starting a community build, all you need is some friends and build trust.

Friends: 3/4 don't have BL, the other 1/4 don't play it often
I do sometimes try to start these, but then someone leaves and everyone goes "forgetthisstuff.png" and leave too.

Community builds are usually freebuilds with a theme.
