Y U NO DECOMPRESS bzip2?

You're trying to decompress a broken/usable by only a game file.
You can't do that

But It happens every time I start the game!
I don't manually try to do it.

I get it on every server I try to join except Badspots lag party and Ports server. It could be because they both had no addons.
