No players can enter my server

i reinstalled BL, no results
i restarted my router, no results
But here's whath appens
Sending Punch Packet (x6)
Server console keeps spamming "No Response"
and it repeats
what does that meannnnn

Its his router, I've had this issue before.
The only fix was to use another router.

It means the router is blocking the signal going in.
You need a new router! Call your ISP about getting a free or cheap one.

I am seriously doubting that something else could be the problem..

The connection is good.YOU GUYS DONT UNDERSTAND CRAP.
If the ping is low that mean it is good.If the ping is high than the ping is Bad.

I'm sorry, but it's obviously you that doesn't understand.
It's not all about the ping you idiot. The ping is how fast. The Download is how much comes in. The upload is how much goes out. If you have a 2mb/s download speed. That is a crap internet connection. If you have a 2 mb/s upload speed, that is a crap internet connection.
