I think I said this in the other thread but I believe if you're acting like a stupid stuff the bus driver should be allowed to pull over and kick you out.

The issue there is that if you get raped as a result of being kicked out, or go missing, the District is now responsible for you. The Driver, however, can call the police if you are causing problems. Even if you're not committing a crime. Police don't mess around when it comes to School Buses. The Police will do 1 of 3 things:

- Take you to School. Then take you to Principal, and file complaint on you. Likely a 10 day suspension there.
- Take you Home.
- Arrest you.

In my school, if you pulled this, the driver would scream at you. Then, they wouldn't let you on again. So whether it was during a field trip, going home from school, or going to school, you can't do it. On top of that, you'll receive a 10 Day Suspension. You have to have a chauffeur until you graduate, because the school bus company will not serve you.

On the topic of bus drivers taking action against unruly students, in first grade while waiting for the buses to leave I was drawing pictures in the fog on the windows. Some kid on another bus must have thought I was flipping him off or something because the driver from that bus came onto mine and started screaming at me threatening to break my fingers for using my middle finger (I was using my index finger). When I told her I was just drawing she told me to shut up or else she'd go get her knife and cut my tongue off. Thinking back I probably should have reported that driver but I was like 6 and scared stuffless.

During a school trip on the bus, I saw 1 or 2 kids middle-fingering every elderly person they saw outside. I couldn't do anything, because I was too much of a nice guy back then, but now I want to loving stab everyone involved in elder abuse.

She seemed to handle it well when it was happening. She also said she feels bad for them, and never pressed charges.
