how a topic like this works with normal non noobs:
"I need help building a TDM. It's going to run T+T and I plan for it to be a balance of brick count, beauty and game play. It will be starting July 1st."

Determining vital project information, specifically large parts can take really long. Announcing something before having any plans about it can easily allow something to die.
