I hate them.  They suck.

I do commercial landscaping and almost all the guys I work with speak no English and although I speak a lot of Spanish sometimes they tell me to do something in Spanish and I do it wrong and they flip out. Like 4 of them have been in the US longer than they were in Mexico and they can't speak any English at all that is just plain stupidity and stubbornness. One of them is 34 and moved to the US when he was 14 and he only knows like 5 English words I don't see how it is even possible to be that bad at life.
