I have 500 hours on TF2 and I don't have it, I also have a bunch of of time on Source SDK and would be capable of creating scenes. :/

That's a completely arbitrary accusation. I've logged almost 1,500 hours in TF2 and I'm an aspiring animation student, so if I'm able to run it it's going to be a very useful practice tool for me. I'm sure there are plenty of factors determining who gets it and who doesn't.

I kinda wished people who signed up first had precedence but honestly this is the best way so they can just hope they get people who understand what the hell their doing.
