If you're talking about the camera views, those don't matter that they're small and aliased, when rendering a poster, you can set the resolution and the program will automatically anti-alias the picture while rendering it, i assume it's the same for video rendering

Yeah it gives options but it only gives me 360p. I also get an error on startup talking about resolution (I'll take a screenie)

That's for people that were invited while it was closed beta. It went to open beta and anyone can add it to their library from the store page like any other game. I wasn't invited the first time around, so I gotta get it from the store.
