Quite well done for a first build.
Mine was a pile of 1x1's colored brown, not the most amazing sight.

Need to work on exterior and some interior. Other than that its good.

oddly, the overhang on the roof pretty much draws the line between it not looking nice and looking nice, good job.

That is indeed very promising. But you have some experience with LEGO, don't you? You have to have built before, this is just too good to be the first time you build anything.
