| [v21] I'd like to see custom decals without having to download them |

like, if someone has a custom decal and I don't, all I see is the default ":D" face. and if i want to see the custom decal I have to find it on RTB and download it and I don't want to clog up my character creator just asking because this might be possible with the removal of terrain, right? |
