when you want to sleep, sit in front of a fan until your eyes begin to crust

Try doing some exercises for one or maybe two hours, then around whenever you used to go to bed, drink some warm milk and try to fall asleep.
Might work, you can always try a all nighter like the others said, probably best option if you can do it.

I got lucky and woke up at 9, and instead of going back to sleep like I really really wanted to, I went and had breakfast. Hopefully that'll start to help. Somehow.


I just stayed up all day and night one time and it went back to normal.
