RPChat mod?

RPChat mod?
Anyone able to make a mod like RPChat, or have an RPChat mod I could have? I would really like this for my servers. Bluzone has RPChat. +RTB made it private.
Example Chat:

Oh and Enhanced Roleplay Chat isn't the same.

I couldn't figure out local chat, so yeah. I also want a changable name.

there's already a mod out there where you can change your name. i don't know the name of the mod but it uses /setrpname

I was having one of these made, but didn't get any feedback from the guy who was going to make it.
