It's probably a Intel HD 3000. I have that, and I get 30fps on the lowest possible settings.

It finished downloading and now it asks for a serial key. I bought it off Steam and can't find the key. I'm very confused. I checked my e-mail but saw nothing.

If you right click on the game in your library or shift+tab, there's an option to view the key. You only need it to play online and get achievements.

Are you on a desktop or laptop? Most laptops and desktops that have Intel GPUs have them integrated, which means you can't remove the old chip.
