He is able to change the email associated with a key, if you can prove you are the owner of the key. He did it with mine, I pm'd him in the forum. Make your message concise and make the subject obvious.. "Linked email change request for ID ****". Explain how you don't have access to that email account any more etc. Try to give info about like when you last used your key and when you bought and what you used to buy if you can... it all helps prove you are the owner. The fact you are contacting from a linked forum account helps. |
