If you mean how they go up and down, it is HeightControl. :)
But i don't think it is fit for a rocket.
But hey, i never thought someone would make a submarine with it. :P

If you upped the thrust on it, make the vehicle vertical, and add emitters to the bottom, then bam. Your rocket.

BTW, i need a "how to make vehicles" tutorial, but i can never find them. :/ (I have blender)
