Sigh. I would have made this a vector in about an hour. The guy who you bought a $5 game found a noisy image for you. A vector would have been perfectly fine even at banner sizes and it's generally preferred for graphics > printing in real world things.

What are you talking about? You obviously have not used Photostore, and probably have never used a color stick or a color taker awayer (noobs refer to this as a brush and eraser)
