Damn, I don't have an animation program that can make the animation speed 4/100s of a second.

4/100 seconds per frame = 25 frames per second.  I hope that helps.

Alternatively, just use Microsoft GIF Animator.  It's very simple, but it's free.

Alright, I did a few more requests because I really liked them.

My BL avatar in the minecart or RD flying through the cave.
I don't really care which one you do.

You're lucky this one worked out.  Desktop pony RD's flying sprite is exactly 16 frames long.
Considering most mines are only dug to be just large enough to walk around in, I'd say Dashie is a bit more realistically proportioned here.
