it applies everywhere in the forum and is about dismissive posts. people are allowed to not care, and you ar allowed to tell people that you dont care. but you have to back it up with some discussion else its bannable. |

Basically saying "I don't care" won't get you banned; that's just stupid. It only applies when you are saying it to dismiss a topic; where you don't care about the topic. |
