Terrible idea in my opinion. Only having a title keeps the thread list nice, clean, and readable. If you cannot fit your stuff to the title then it's too long.

Port:

It doesn't have to be for the entire forum. It could be limited to the RTB Listings section and display the "short descriptions" seen on RTB.

It would be nice if it were in a few others too, like Suggestions and Requests, Add-Ons, and a few others.
